Criminal vs. civil law

Cyber Sovereignty is intended to allow people who are freely agreeing to a new set of rules, to allow those rules to take precedence over all other rules. 

Consent	Not consent
Two boxers give their consent to engage in a regulated match where physical strikes are part of the agreed-upon rules and one sustains serious injury.	A person enters somebody's home when they're sleeping and attacks them.
Two people have a heated debate in a society that allows heated debates, and one of those two people feels offended.	A person starts yelling using a loudspeaker outside the home of another person, on purpose, day and night, to stop them from sleeping.
A person records another person, without asking them, in a society that allows that.
An individual provides informed, written consent to participate in a clinical drug trial after being advised of all known risks.	A researcher administers an experimental drug to a person without their knowledge or consent.
