Legal contracts built in AI (WIP)

Whenever two people engage in any sort of commercial action, a promise to pay something, or do something in exchange for something else, passive intelligence signaling will allow the creation of an on-the-fly contract that has the context of the relevant law built in, Allowing the parties to be given a framework quickly and effectively with built-in learning on the fly that integrates feedback from the community. This could be done via a plugin. These plugins live at the intelligence level and could come with Synapse by default, if popular enough within a digital society.

The only problem with that is they could be commercial apps. It could lead to data leaks if done incorrectly.
